DESCRIPTION:BACKFLOW PREVENTION: \nThe State of Ohio and the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) require ALL commercial properties in the Village of Burton to have an “Annual Test & Maintenance Report for Backflow Prevention Assemblies”. These reports MUST be sent to the village office no later than November 1\, 2025. This is EPA mandated\, and your cooperation is needed. \nIf you require any additional information\, please contact the village office at 440-834-4474 to speak with Lynn Arnold. \nForms are available online as well as in the office. \n
